Check-in from 16:00 Checkout by 10:00 *A one-time cleaning fee of €500 per stay applies and is not included in the nightly rate. **A mandatory security deposit of €500 will be charged to the credit card up to 7 days before arrival. It will be fully refunded upon checkout, provided the furniture and equipment are left in good and undamaged condition.

Cancellation policy

30% of the accommodation cost will be charged if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the accommodation cost will be charged. In case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged. Upon booking confirmation, 30% of the reservation is due. The remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
