The villa provides an extraordinary experience in one of Croatia's most attractive destinations. Villa Lidija spans the ground floor and two upper levels, connected by stairs. The ground-floor entrance leads to the living room, where a glass wall with a sea view opens onto a beautiful outdoor terrace with an infinity pool, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, smoothie maker, coffee machine, kitchen hood, and all necessary kitchen utensils. A carefully chosen wooden dining table for eight complements the space. The villa consists of three bedrooms with double beds and smart TVs. Two bedrooms are on the 1st floor, while the exclusive third bedroom on the upper floor boasts its own balcony and sauna. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, the villa has two additional bathrooms — one on the ground floor in the living area and one in the gym. The gym is separate and located below the ground floor. Parking is provided in a garage near the villa.

Check-in from 16:00 Checkout by 10:00 *A one-time cleaning fee of €600 per stay applies and is not included in the nightly rate.

Cancellation policy

30% of the accommodation cost will be charged if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the accommodation cost will be charged. In case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged. Upon booking confirmation, 30% of the reservation is due. The remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
