The guest can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged. The guest is required to pay the full reservation amount 5 days before arrival.
