Vila Lidija extends across the ground floor and two levels accessible by stairs. The ground floor entrance leads to a sea-view living room with a glass wall, opening to a terrace with a beautiful terrace with infinity pool, outdoor furniture and outdoor dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, smoothie maker, coffee maker, kitchen hood and all necessary kitchen utensils. A stunning dining table for eight complements the space. The villa consists of three bedrooms with double beds and smart TVs. Two bedrooms adorn the first floor, while the exclusive third bedroom on the upper floor boasts its own balcony and sauna. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. In addition to the ensuite bathrooms in the bedrooms, the villa also includes two additional bathrooms, one on the ground floor in the living room area and one in the gym. The gym is separate and located below the ground floor.
