Located in the center of the protected historic core of Pučišća on the island of Brač, on the waterfront in the very center of the town, yet in the tranquility of a beautiful garden that spans 950m2. The house consists of three units with separate entrances and their own terraces, as well as a large shared terrace with a pool and a barbecue in the garden.
S3 is a two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor on the south side of the house. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Apartment also includes an additional toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, as well as free Wi-Fi. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second one has a double bed. The apartment has its own terrace that is part of the yard where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a living room with AC where you can relax with the TV on a sofa bed that can be extended to accommodate two additional people.
