Located in the center of the protected historic core of Pučišća on the island of Brač, on the waterfront in the very center of the town, yet in the tranquility of a beautiful garden that spans 950m2. The house consists of three units with separate entrances and their own terraces, as well as a large shared terrace with a pool and a barbecue in the garden.
S1 is a one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, there is a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The room consists of a double bed, a television, and air conditioning, with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need during your stay (toaster, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, oven, induction stove, dishes), and has a dining table for 4 people. Next to the kitchen, there is a sofa bed with a TV. The sofa bed can be extended to accommodate two additional people. The dining area/kitchen is air-conditioned, and the entire apartment has free Wi-Fi.
